Bill came to RMHR in the spring of 2019 when Bini was sidelined with a broken hip. Bill is a past President of Horse Protection League and a barefoot farrier. He has welding, farm, horse health care, farrier, and heavy equipment skills which never cease to amaze us. And on top of that he is one of the nicest and friendliest people we’ve ever met. Although he is the only paid member of our team, he shows up outside of paid hours to volunteer time, resources and take care of emergencies.
